“One of our Christmas presents was a shipment of the strawberry spreading jam. It is amazing..... better than any other strawberry jam we have used! It has a great balance of a sweetness combined with a nice citrus flavor and a just right amount of actual pieces of strawberry. It is hard to stop eating toast or English muffins with this jam.”

“I snagged three jars of @jambearjams at a pop-up right before Christmas and have already gone through 2 1/2 jars of it because it's *that* good. While my go-to is using it with oatmeal or yogurt, it does a wonderful job topping buttermilk poppy seed biscuits, too. #hayesbakes #shoplocal”

“JamBear Jams are, hands down, the best, most vibrant strawberry jams I’ve ever had. We went through our two jars so quickly and are ordering more because it truly tastes like the platonic ideal of a strawberry. I can almost feel the sun on my face when I eat this jam, it’s that good! So happy that my search for the perfect jam is over!

“Our neighbor knocked on our front door on a Sunday morning to deliver a gift she received through a friend who I'd struck up a conversation with about this delightful strawberry spooning jam a few weeks earlier. We eagerly brought the jam into the kitchen to give it a try. It was packaged in a modest glass jar, and sealed well. Once we opened it, we took some spoons out and had an experience different from any store bought jam we've had before. We expected the jam to be sweet, as most are, but this one is cut with a nice hint of citrus. The texture is a little thinner than the gelatinous stuff at the store as well. Still, there are some nice sized strawberry pieces in there, but they are not globular or overwhelming; a nice mouth-feel. This is obviously a delicately crafted and thoughtfully made jam. It is multi-dimensional and perhaps even temporally complex. the flavor notes continue to develop as you eat it. We enjoyed ours on our spoons, but also with some crackers and New Zealand white cheddar. We would both highly recommend this jam!”
